Great to see three Ealing Eagles out in the very well run Bracknell half marathon this morning. This is how every race should be run, it was interesting to hear that they had 170 marshalls for 1000 runners. That's 1 marshall for every 6 runners. Can't praise it highly enough. Sponges as well as water were a great addition. Jelly babies after the hill at mile 8 were a nice touch. Good support. And the goody bag (t-shirt/bottle/medal/sports drink/energy bar AND kit bag)!!!!! Excellent value for money.
