Marathon Training
Training for a marathon can be a daunting prospect, especially if you have to face those 20mile training runs alone. Ealing Eagles Running Club usually have a number of members in training for marathons and are able to support you whether you are training for the Virgin London Marathon or any other marathon.
The longer Sunday training sessions are ideal marathon training and can be adapted depending on your personal marathon training schedule.
Check out the Marathon Running section for a Roll of Honour and a list of members taking part in marathons in the future.
