AGM and Committee Election 2012/2013

Judith Earnshaw It’s that time of year again and your chance to have your say in the running of Ealing Eagles Running Club.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at The New Inn, South Ealing Road on Tuesday 1st May at 7:30pm and paid members of the running club will be able to vote in the committee for the 2012/2013 year ahead.
The committee structure consists of the following roles:
· Club Chair
· Club Secretary
· Coaching co-ordinator
· Social Secretary
· Marketing / PR
· Race and Competitions Officer
· Finance / Treasurer
Each role will be voted for at the AGM using a ballot system where candidates names will be placed next to the role they applied for.
Nominations for a role must be received by April 5th 2012 via the Ealing Eagles Website with a short explanation of why you would like to be considered.
You may only apply for one role.
You must attend the AGM in order to vote; no proxy votes will be accepted.
