Sunday Training Sessions
Weekend Training takes place each Sunday morning at 09:00 (with occasional exceptions on race days & bank holidays) and are 6-12 mile runs around Ealing, Kew, Richmond & Thames Path. This is ideal training for those runners wanting a bigger challenge or as training for a half-marathon or marathon.
Where we have a group of members running in marathons, the need for extra mileage is often incorporated into the Sunday training sessions.
One of the more popular routes is a 10 mile lap to Kew Bridge, along the Thames to Richmond and back through Syon Park and Brentford into Ealing.
If you are interested in joining us on a Sunday, just turn up shortly before the start time at the usual meeting place.
Please contact us if you would be willing to help organise future Sunday training runs.
