Monday Evening

3-5 miles around Ealing, every Monday @ 7.30pm

Wednesday Evening

Our main midweek training session 3-5 miles around Ealing, every Wednesday @ 7.30pm from our meeting place on Ealing Green (opposite Cafe Rouge). This is our most popular session and is suitable for runners of all standards/paces and a great session for new members to come along and meet other runners.

Thursday (Inverval) Training

Interval training sessions are lead by UK Athletics Level 2 Coach Richard Tuson and take place on Thursday evening at 19:30

Sunday Morning

Typically 6-12 miles around Ealing, Richmond and the Thames Path (occasional Sundays).  Ideal for runners wanting a bigger challenge or for those training for a half-marathon or marathon. 09:00am from our meeting place on Ealing Green (opposite Cafe Rouge).
