Summer Training & Running Routes

When the light evenings permit (usually the 2nd week of April to September) we take advantage of Ealing's crown jewels - the numerous parks.

3.5 miles - Walpole Park, Lammas Park, South Ealing Road Park, Gunnersbury Park (North), Gunnersbury Avenue, Ealing Common

4.5 miles - As 3.5 miles but looping round the South of Gunnersbury Park

Winter Training & Running Routes

These running routes around Ealing are often used as traning runs when it's too dark to use the parks. 

3.67 miles - Ealing Common, Elm Grove Road, Popes Lane, Northfield Avenue & Mattock Lane

4.4 miles - Ealing Common, Gunnersbury Avenue, Popes Lane, Northfields Avenue & Mattock Lane (those who ran with the club in 2010/11 will be familiar with this route.

5.6 miles - Ealing Common, Gunnersbury Avenue, Popes Lane, Lionel Road, Great West Road, Windmill Road, Northfields Avenue & Mattock Lane

All 3 routes have a common start and end, which helps with tail running.
