Week one in the Big Brother house...

So it begins.

The first week of training has started well and easing myself back into the early starts and early nights.

Started the training a day early with the 10k New Years Day run with Jane and found it really enjoyable after hardly running at all in December. I am suffereing from a hip injury but it's not being made worse by the running so on I go. Got a PB some how on the 10k so not a bad start to the year.

The rest of the week saw three more runs of 4 miles, 3 miles and an 8 miler which were all at a faster pace than the time on my training plan says I should be doing but all felt comfortable so I'll see if that remains when the milage increases.  

Total mileage for the week was 21 miles.
