Monday Mile

Meet Lammas Park by the gate on Culmington Road opposite from Beaconsfield Road (by the lodge, the circular flower bed and the drinking fountain)

(We will be staying in the area so you don't need to worry if you will be faster or slower than the pack.) A mixed ability session will include one mile warm-up, drills / strength and conditioning and the option to do one of the following:

·       Have a go at running Ealing mile at a faster pace than you may have previously tried; or

·       3 x 1mile reps at a bit faster than 10k pace with recovery of half the time it takes you to do the mile rep (for more experienced runners); or

·       Your own session in Lammas Park but coming along for the company of other Eagles
