Training Sessions

The club is managed by a dedicated committee and supported by several qualified coaches within the membership. Every single one of them generously offers their time on a voluntary basis to help you improve.

While our training sessions vary throughout the year to match the seasons, our core schedule remains structured to support all runners.

  • Full Schedule Access: Active members can view full, up-to-date session details anytime via the The Eagles Nest.

  • Updates & Sign-ups: Details for all upcoming training sessions are regularly posted on Facebook and Spond (a free app available for download).

We highly encourage new members, or those thinking about joining, to start out with one of our official Club Runs.
