Week 6
Rest week.
Completed my longest miles mid week as I was heading to Dorset for the weekend.
Longest run completed after one of Mad Mike’s hill sessions. Fortunately, our great Dorset hosts were able to take us on some short undulating runs followed by a lengthy walk. Great country for practicing the EHM bumps.
Week 5
Trying to get back to a normal running week after the hills of Edinburgh.
Managed to start running on Wednesday on sore muscles. Continued on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Finally paid the price on the Sunday with bad cramp after 10 miles in the humid conditions.
