Club Kit
The current supplier for our Eagles branded kit is Kukri. In addition, there is some old stock (Wasps) available through Piers Express and we make occasional orders of Soar Vests.
Please note that kit is optional and not a requirement to be an Eagle.
The only kit that is mandatory in certain competitions, club champs and for a club record to be valid are the white vests or t-shirts. However, we do encourage members to run in Eagles kit when they represent the club so we're very excited we have some more options available.
Piers ExpresS
Stock currently available through the Piers Express based in Ealing includes:
Kukri vests and t-shirts (but not tracksuits) – note that the vests and t-shirts ordered through this channel do not come with the option to personalise with your name / initials and only the more standard sizes and length will be available.
Wasps vests and t-shirts (old stock)
Eagles buffs and beanies
Black and white towelling sweatbands
Members can order anything they like and have it delivered to your home (or possibly collected from a club event depending on your location).
Eagles Hoodie
Ealing Eagles is commissioning a hoodie for those that wants to keep warm after XC etc. This is not a technical running item, but a traditional hoodie to put on after your winter races or just when you want to huddle up on the sofa with a hot drink.
The pre-order deadline was 30 October 2022. We are ordering some extra for the club shop, so it will be possible to order later when the extra stock has arrived, but the quantity will be limited and we don’t have a date as of now for when a further order will be placed.
Eagles Pro-Viz hi viz tops
Pre-orders of the long sleeve Pro-Viz hi viz tops were open in the kit shop until Sunday 5 March 2023. Pro-Viz jackets and vests will be available before the autumn. The expected delivery time from Pro-Viz after order is placed is within 10 working days.
We have a discount on the RRP with Pro-Viz, but pay a small fee for the printing.

The ladies' top comes in a little more expensive at £40 compared the men's top at £36. We can only assume that this is due to more reflective material on this garment. As a bonus you get a much wider range of colours with the ladies' top.
SOAR VESTS
Soar Vests considerably more expensive than the standard vests, but they will not absorb water the same way and will also reduce chafing. Also if you are looking for marginal gains, they weigh next to nothing. We will occasionally invite expressions of interest for these vests but that we cannot guarantee an order will placed as we need to reach the minimum order quantities.
An order was made after the end of July 2022 and so no order is currently planned.
KUKRI BESPOKE SHOPS: Vests, T-shirts and track suits
There are two separate bespoke shops, one for vests / t-shirts and one for tracksuits
Shop Kukri vests / t-shirts is currently closed
Shop Kukri Tracksuits is currently closed.
The club has made arrangements so that Eagles branded Kukri vests, t-shirts and track suit tops can be personalised with your name / initials. For this reason and because of the way the Eagles branding is added, there is a minimum order of 10 of any item each time we order these items. We therefore expect to open these shops 3 times a year for the tracksuits and another 3 times a year for the vests and t-shirts.
A few things to be aware of.
Most items come in junior sizes.
The adult bespoke kit comes with options for short, regular, long for the tracksuit bottom, vest and t-shirt.
You can on many of the items, personalise it with your name or initials. This option will be clearly visible on the order page
The lead times on delivery is not expected to be as long as indicated on the Kukri website. Tracksuits should be delivered in about 7 weeks and vests/t-shirts in about 3-4 weeks (from the time the bespoke shop closes for the period).
KUKRI STOCK ITEMS
This shop will always be open and there are no minimum orders. Members can order anything they like and have it delivered to your home.
